Akio was the head of the venture investment program at Adobe (Asia) and responsible for its corporate venture investment. Previous to Adobe, he was the CTO at Macromedia JP, working as part of the management team and Tech Advisor to the CEO. At the US HQ, he advised the CEO on investment and M&A strategies. He holds a Master’s degree from UBC in Vancouver and graduated with first place.
