Albert Chen is a designer and curator of experience design. He excels in integrating various media for experience innovations. Immersive experience, food design, theater, photography, and filmmaking are all part of his repertoire. With an extensive portfolio, Albert pioneers in Taiwan’s emerging market of immersive experience. He obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Science and Ocean Engineering from National Taiwan University, and graduated from Imperial College London as Master of Innovation Entrepreneurship & Management. As he furthered his studies in London, he discovered and embraced possibilities, bold and wild, before coming back to Taiwan to establish Surprise Lab., and contribute to shaping new looks of the cities.

With urban planning background, Pan established 9floor co-living in 2015, aims to provide better living experiences in urban area through space and user design. Now besides from the renovation works, 9floor also provide planning and management consulting services to companies and governments. As a creative entrepreneur, Pan leads 9floor won the several significant global awards include Good Design Award in Japan, 2018; Asia Social Innovation Award in HongKong, 2017; ANYSE in Seoul, 2016 and Shopping Design Award best 100 in Taiwan,2018.
