He was also a Deputy Representative for the French Embassy in Tunisia and General Consul at the French General Consulate in Toronto. He established ST’s Automotive and Multi-Systems Competence Centers in Shanghai and Power Management Competence Center in Taiwan, contributing to the Company’s success in many areas of the business developments in Asia Pacific, while leading the expansion of the operations in Taiwan, where he started working in 1991. His section is responsible for deep-tech startups and entrepreneurship/innovation programs as well as inter-ministerial collaborations. Before joining the Ministry, he worked as an Industry analyst at Industrial Technology Research Institute. Long-term focusing on Taiwanese technology industrial trend and Gov. current related policy, and particularly on Taiwanese entrepreneurship ecosystem. Events

She was previously trained in medical laboratory science, biotechnology and Chinese medicine. She worked as a pharmaceutical and medical research associate at ARVIN Bio-Medical Device Co.Ltd. She is currently Chief of Pharmaceutical Officer at AeProMED Innovation. Events
		Dr. Cheng-Yu HAN Founder at FinLab Dr. Cheng-Yu HAN Founder at FinLab Dr. Cheng-Yu HAN completed a Ph.D. in computer science at Université Paris-Saclay (France). He has been a quantitative trading consultant for listed technology companies, and an entrepreneurship technology consultant for the Innovation and Incubation Center of National Taipei University of Business. He is also an academic advisor for Taiwan Quantitative Trading Association. In 2016, he founded FinLab, a company whose concept is to use Python to do quantitative trading. Events
		Dr. Min-Yi LI Co-founder at FinLab Dr. Min-Yi LI Co-founder at FinLab After graduating with a Master degree in material science and engineering from National Central University and a Master degree in nanotechnology and optics from Université Paris-Saclay (France), Dr. Min-I LI completed a Ph.D. in physics at Université Paris-Saclay. She worked as a researcher in Laboratoire de Physique des Matériaux et des Surfaces at Université de Cergy-Pontoise (France) then in Center for Quantum Science and Engineering at National Taiwan University, where she is still currently working. She co-founded FinLab in 2016. Events
		Angel TU Business Development Manager at KKday (rezio) Angel TU Business Development Manager at KKday (rezio) Angel TU completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) at National Taipei University (NTPU), followed by an exchange program of international business in ESSCA (French school of management). She worked in digital marketing at the French travel start-up INSIDR before joining HIGH5.AI (AI solution for marketing automation) as a customer success owner. She is now a business development manager for KKday (rezio), Asia's leading travel tech company. Events
		Dr. Tzu-Heng WU CEO at PlasmonicTron Dr. Tzu-Heng WU CEO at PlasmonicTron Dr. Tzu-Heng WU holds a Ph.D in bioinformatics and bioelectronics from National Taiwan University and a Ph.D. in nanotechnology, optic and instrumentation from Université de Technologie de Troyes (France). In 2018, he co-founded the Asian delegation of the French-Taiwanese company PhaseLab Instrument. He is also the CEO of PlasmonicTron, created in 2020, which is a main collaborator of PhaseLab Instrument. This start-up is specialized in DNA-based diagnostic tools and plasmonic sensing technologies. Events
