To foster the startups, New Taipei City was the first city to establish a youth entrepreneurship incubator. "InnoSquare" was established in 2014 and uses the 3rd floor of MRT Taipei Bridge Station to create a base for startup teams. The space provides assistance by offering a community for entrepreneurs, talent cultivation, technical assistance and fundraising. Currently, 215 startup teams (including 16 blockchain teams) in the fields of cloud services, culture and creativity, information technologies, e-commerce, biotech，healthcare, management consulting and social enterprises are stationed here. As of October this year, 1,543 team technical assistance sessions, 187 entrepreneurship courses and 130 exchange activities have been completed. InnoSquare assisted 57 teams to win domestic and international awards and successfully induced more than NT$320 million in capital investment.
